I finally did it.

I jailbroke my iPod Touch.

To anyone who is tech savy, patient, not stupid, and has an ipod touch/iphone I recomend it. Go to ipodwizard.net for a tut on how to do it. I just found this out: This is not only legal but supported by apple.
